Matt Yarbrough - Truckee
Matt’s passion for the outdoors is what brought him to Truckee almost 20 years ago. Working as a Park Ranger for Tahoe State Parks, he has truly found his home here among the mountains; skiing, mountain biking, and playing outside as much as possible with his dog Hopi. Matt grew up in southern California playing all types of sports, and attended California State University in Chico. After graduating he continued on to coach intercollegiate sports and teach health and fitness at Chico State while attending grad school. After moving to Truckee, he continued as a leader in the outdoor and fitness industry, coaching triathletes and teaching jujitsu. Matt truly has a passion for fitness and coaching, and finds great joy in helping others achieve their health and training goals to lead their best lives!
Desiree Bramlette - Incline Village and Truckee
With Movement and Wellness being intricately connected, Desiree Bramlette has been a continuous student uncovering better alignment practices and how to optimize the Kinetic Chain with movement. Joint mobility control, strength at end ranges creating better flexibility, athletic performance of fast and slow twitch muscle fibers, core stability and balance re-conditioning are areas of interest that are incorporated into training sessions. Able body, Capable life. Desiree lives with the methodology of nourishing the body with what we consume as well as training movements that support our life and fuel our passions and goals.

Trevor Houghton - Truckee
Trevor Houghton was born and raised in Truckee, CA, and has a long history of involvement in outdoor and strength-based activities. He holds a degree in Kinesiology with a focus in exercise science from Humboldt State University. Trevor also competes in Kettlebell Sport and works as a ski instructor at Sugar Bowl Resort.
His training approach centers on mobility, functional strength, and overall well-being. He utilizes a range of tools—including barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight training, bands, and kettlebells—to support clients of all ages and experience levels in developing effective, sustainable movement and strength.
