Helen Mino Faukner - Yoga
I first started practicing yoga in 2011 to help prevent running injuries, and I quickly fell in love with it. I did my yoga teacher training in 2015 with Mark Stephens at Santa Cruz Yoga and started teaching in Reno, Nevada shortly after. I have taught a variety of class types such as aerial and restorative, but vinyasa flow has always been my favorite to both practice and teach. I believe yoga not only has the power to transform us physically but mentally and spiritually as well.

Lucas Lansing - Personal Trainer, Yoga
Through a daily practice and much guidance, the links between my breath, mind, body and unique spirit gave me a heightened sense of the importance of love on all levels…for the individual self and all beings surrounding it.
8 years ago I began practicing yoga after suffering two severe shoulder injuries playing football. I began my yoga journey with Bikram yoga, opening up to other forms of yoga 4 years after I began practicing. It was a practice that began to quell my mind’s desires and addictions to pain and suffering. Through a daily practice and much guidance, the links between my breath, mind, body and unique spirit gave me a heightened sense of the importance of love on all levels…for the individual self and all beings surrounding it. Love is the answer.
After training clients for 5 years at several gyms during my time at Northeastern University, I decided to expand my knowledge of the mind & body by going to Bali for a 200 hr yoga teach training. Since then, I have taught several forms of yoga, including Hot 26, Vinyasa, and Yin.
My ultimate goal is helping others improve both mentally and physically. It is my passion to give all my knowledge to those that seek so that I might be able to inspire them on their own path to their own unique truth. What our world is creating in the physical space is an example of what our intellect and spirits are capable of sustaining in all realms. See you in class.
