Class Descriptions:Spinning: A kick-butt, multi-calorie burning class. You can adjust your resistance so you can work at your perfect pace. This class is for all levels.
Jump Start: This work-out starts with 30 minutes on the bike followed by another 30 minutes of plyomerics, Calisthenics and strength training.
