Class Descriptions:

Spinning: A kick-butt, multi-calorie burning class. You can adjust your resistance so you can work at your perfect pace. This class is for all levels.


Below the Belt: Tone up your lower body with an ab crunching, leg pumping, glute lifting workout. Workout is moderate to intense.


Boot Camp: Looking for a short term comprehensive fitness program to help you obtain solid fitness results? Lose body fat, speed up metabolism, tone muscles, increase endurance, enhance & sports performance. Class is $234 for 6 weeks, three sessions a week.

Jump Start: This work-out starts with 30 minutes on the bike followed by another 30 minutes of plyomerics, Calisthenics and strength training.
